…at least it’s new to me. Before yesterday I’d only heard bits of Modest Mouse’s 2005 album Good News for People Who Hate Bad News. Now I’m groovin’ on this CD from 1997. The music just grabbed me. Am I behind the times! I didn’t even know they’d been around for so long. Here’s a song lyric that just tickles my brain:

On the road to
God don’t know,
My brain’s the burger
My heart the charcoal.

Don’t know what it means. don’t care. Bend your brain & just listen.

lovely photos throughout your blog - I think i have said that before. and you are right about the peace signs from the 70’s in the art; i have an original “peace moratorium” button from back in the day. what if they gave a war and no one came?
