It may seem that I’m not doing anything, but I am. Really I am……
I downloaded a free demo of “Reunion”, a software program for genealogists. I have tons of notes from my mom’s side of the family; a lot less from my dad’s side, but it’s one of the many projects I want to work on when I have time. It’s only taken me a few days to nearly reach the maximum number of individuals allowed on the free demo (50), so I guess I’ll have to plunk down $99 for the license so I can continue. If you have a Mac and are into family history (or just starting out) I’d highly recommend test-driving this program. I thought I would have to be coding tables for months to put this stuff on the web. Of course the program is no substitute for research, but at least you can get each individual’s stats together in one place. You can even add photos, which I hope to do soon.
